Kate is a Senior Physiotherapist with a BSc in Sports Science and Education, a BSc in Physiotherapy, and an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy. Originally from Greece, she began her career coaching athletes in athletics and swimming, helping them achieve success at both National and International levels. During this time, she also gained her second degree in Physiotherapy and moved to Scotland in 2019, where she began working in a private clinic in Ayrshire, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
With over five years of physiotherapy experience and six years of coaching behind her, Kate brings a unique blend of rehabilitation expertise and performance training to her clients. She specialises in Sports Physiotherapy and currently serves as First Team Physiotherapist for Kilmarnock Women F.C., as well as a part-time Academy Physiotherapist with Kilmarnock FC, managing acute injuries and overseeing rehabilitation for young players.
Kate is also qualified in acupuncture and IASTM and has completed advanced training in wrist, shoulder, and sporting hand injuries. Her passion lies in guiding clients through recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence, whether returning to high-level sport or everyday activities.
Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with an iced coffee, even in the depths of the Scottish winter!
Rachel has over 14 years of experience as a Sports Therapist and holds an HND and BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Therapy, as well as an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine Science. She specialises in women’s health, including menopause, and supporting busy professionals by addressing how stress impacts the body.
Rachel’s career has included 9 years working in professional and amateur football and 10 years in clinical practice. She’s also qualified in functional dry needling, personal training, fitness instruction, health and wellbeing coaching, and Mat Pilates. Rachel has also expanded her expertise with menopause-specific qualifications and runs a successful menopause programme in clinic as well as training in breath work and meditation.
As a busy mum of three boys, Rachel understands how difficult it can be to prioritise your health and wellbeing. She discovered running after having her first son as a way to carve out some ‘me time’ and hasn’t looked back since. Pilates has also become a passion, and she loves how running and Pilates work together to benefit both the body and mind.
Rachel once dreamed of a career in musical theatre as a Redcoat, but never pursued it due to nerves. Now, she channels her energy into helping others feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies.
Callum is a BSc Sports Therapy graduate and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in football, rugby, and private practice, gaining extensive expertise in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and performance training. Callum specialises in working with gym-goers, from beginners to experienced bodybuilders and weightlifters, as well as runners, where he has devoted time to researching effective assessment and rehabilitation methods. His qualifications in strength and conditioning allow him to provide tailored advice to help clients stay pain and injury-free for the long term.
As the clinic’s Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer, Callum works one-on-one with clients to build strength, improve muscle tone, and support weight loss. He focuses on clients in the 30-65 age group, helping them manage aches and pains while achieving their fitness goals. Callum is passionate about building self-confidence and helping his clients work towards a stronger, healthier future. Despite once disliking running, Callum was inspired to take it up after completing a 5K Santa Dash, and he hasn’t stopped since, recently running his first half marathon.
Outside of work, he’s a big fan of football and music and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Heather is qualified in deep tissue massage, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy massage, taking a holistic and personalised approach to recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellbeing.
In addition to her massage therapy work, Heather is a certified Mat Pilates instructor, which complements her treatments by promoting strength, flexibility, and balance. She’s passionate about staying active and leads by example, regularly running distances from 5Ks to half marathons during the summer months. Heather is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all her clients, helping them reach their wellness goals with confidence.
When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys scenic walks with her boyfriend and her chow chow puppy, always followed by a well-earned coffee and slice of cake.
