The benefits of clinical yoga

It is widely known that yoga can improve balance, flexibility and strength, and encourage relaxation, but studies have shown that practicing clinical yoga under the guidance of a physiotherapist can also reduce low back pain, relieve anxiety and depression as well as reducing heart rate and blood pressure.

Our Classes

Our classes are designed for anyone wanting to improve their joint flexibility and muscle length, through a series of stretching and mobilising exercises.

Our trained physiotherapists will teach you how to progress yoga in a way that minimises risk of injury and promote safe movement and healing for people with pre-existing conditions.

The classes are designed for individuals who may not be ready to go on to a yoga studio and need further tuition. Our classes will only have four members and a teacher therefore they are small and intimate allowing specialised one to one care and direction to ensure you achieve the best from your practice.

When & Where

NK Physio will be running a six week block on a Monday evening with Cailin at 6:45pm and Sunday morning with Natalie at 10am.

In the future there will also be drop-in classes.


All blocks need to be paid upfront and will cost £72 (£12 per class)

We will do drop in sessions in the future and these will be £12.50 per class.
